[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Gernika Gogoratuz, together with other organizations like ehuGune (EHU\/UPV)<\/a>, REAS<\/a>, Coordinadora de ONGD’s de Euskadi and Economistas sin Fronteras<\/strong>– and with the help of the Direcci\u00f3n de V\u00edctimas y Derechos Humanos<\/em> of the Basque Government<\/strong>, wanted to deepen the knowledge about the concept of Peace Economy. Therefore we started a four yearlong investigation from 2016th uptoday to contribute to the evolution of Peace and conflict studies. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Laboratory is a space of reflection and dialogue with two goals: Collecting different approaches and designing a new concept of Peace Economy as well as offering a space for co-creation following the theory of the quadruple helix (government, society, business and academic research) to realize proposals to improve the performance concerning the rights and duties of operators with influence. We see us in the obligation to contribute together with all the parties involved to these debates of Peace and Conflict Research, Development Studies and International Cooperation. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=”40565″ img_size=”large” css=””][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n
