This year\u2019s programme aims to analyse and assess this new phase in EU\u2013Latin American relations, combining legal, political and economic perspectives. It will also explore the impact and opportunities that this strategic alliance offers for the Basque Country, both in terms of economic internationalisation and technological cooperation, and in strengthening its historical and cultural ties with various Latin American countries.
