Bizigogo II. Gender Equality Plan 2026–2028

This document begins with a section outlining the process through which the Plan was developed, together with the relevant regulatory framework that supports the implementation of organisational change processes aimed at promoting gender equality in the workplace, specifically within third-sector organisations.

It then presents the BIZIGOGO II proposal, describing the priority areas for improvement on which it focuses, its objectives, the expected outcomes, and the proposed activities.

The document also includes a schedule, together with the indicators and means of verification that will enable the implementation process to be monitored and the extent to which the expected outcomes and objectives have been achieved to be assessed.

Finally, it outlines the gender governance structure required to implement the Plan and provides a brief overview of the proposed funding arrangements.
