GASTRONOMIC LAB: AFALOSTE, CONVIVENCIA AL PIL-PIL . BILBAO
Afaloste is a socio-gastronomic lab that aims to explore – through conversations and cuisine – topics related to the Basque Country’s memory and coexistence in unique places typically known as ‘txokos’, a traditional gastronomy society in the Basque culture.
This initiative has been made by the Foro de Asociaciones en Educación en Derechos Humanos y por la Paz (Association of Education on Human Rights and Peace) formed by 27 association from the Basque Country. This event is implemented by Bakeola-EDE, Gernika Gogoratuz, and the Gernika Peace Museum Foundation together with the collaboration of Iñigo Retolaza.
