We join the urgent and unified call, launched by Palestinian civil society organisations, together with international humanitarian and human rights entities, to stop the famine in Gaza, denouncing the use of hunger as a weapon of war and the total blockade imposed by Israel since March 2025.

With this call we demand the immediate organisation of a Diplomatic Humanitarian Convoy through the Rafah crossing, accompanied by high-level diplomatic delegations, to guarantee the entry of more than 3,000 blocked aid trucks. The call appeals on states, the UN, the media and global civil society to act in accordance with international law, to prevent further deaths from starvation, to break the siege and to affirm the collective rejection of the use of hunger as an instrument of war.
