· Presentation of the ‘Ecological Charter for Busturialdea-Urdaibai.’ María Oianguren. Director of Gernika Gogoratuz.

19:10-20:30 Strategic Dialogues:
· Follow-up on unfulfilled aspects of the Institutional Plan.
· Promotion of the Ecological Charter.
· Emerging issues.
