A Guide to Dialogue and Resolving Everyday Conflicts.

A Guide to Dialogue and Resolving Everyday Conflicts.

This guide is divided into three chapters that will help us understand more about:

  • Conflicts: what they are, how to understand them…
  • Dialogue: what it is, the steps involved…
  • What resources and tools do we have at our disposal to enable us to communicate more effectively?

This guide aims to steer clear of broad theoretical concepts; its aim is to be eminently practical, closely tied to our everyday realities, problems and situations. Throughout the guide, Ane and Iñigo will be with us to explain the various situations that may arise. Ane and Iñigo are a couple who live in our village, in our neighbourhood – come and meet them.
