RESUMEN

Desde los proyectos “Territorios en Conflicto” y “Gerizpetatik 11 izpi: Sumando voces silenciadas a las narrativas de vida” llevamos unos años trabajando propuestas de articulación de nuevos espacios de participación en Busturialdea-Urdaibai. Desde una teoría y una praxis basada en el fortalecimiento de la agencia colectiva con perspectiva interseccional estamos acompañando la participación de colectivos y agentes diversos en la construcción de alternativas de vida, ante los planes “desarrollistas” que se proponen para nuestra comarca desde las élites económicas y políticas…

This publication is the result of the project underpinning the V Congress on Education for Social Transformation: Educating in Liberating Uncertainty. Beyond the event held in Vitoria-Gasteiz on 18, 19 and 20 November 2021, the congress forms part of a process of dialogue, reflection and collective construction that began in 2020 and whose legacy and inspiration, we hope, will remain alive for a long time to come.

With the aim of proposing a framework for analysis and debate to address Education for Social Transformation at this historic moment, four Strategic Lines were established from which to consider our educational actions:

  1. Bodies and territories
  2. Community building
  3. Anticipatory learning
  4. Networks, alliances and alternative forms of communication

This publication has been produced in collaboration with the Basque Agency for Development Cooperation (AVCD), the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council.
